All stays are Saturday to Saturday rentals (shorter rentals by arrangement). A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required to secure a booking, please, plus a refundable deposit of £100 which will be returned after departure, subject to a satisfactory tenancy (breakages and/or any inconvenience, such as extra cleaning, clean- up of rubbish or other disturbance to neighbours may be charged for). The Balance is payable 4 weeks prior to rental commencing, upon receipt of which we will send you keys and directions. Rental excludes electricity (£1 coin meter) and bed linen.
